At Explore UT Ladakh, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for our customers. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Booking Confirmation:
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹3,000 is required to confirm your booking.
2. Cancellation by the Customer:
More than 45 days before departure: If you wish to cancel your trip, you must inform us at least 45 days prior to the departure date. The registration fee of ₹3,000 will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
30 to 44 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable registration fee.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
3. Date Changes by the Customer:
More than 45 days before departure: If you wish to change your tour date, please inform us at least 45 days prior to the departure date. We will transfer your booking to your desired batch, subject to availability.
Less than 30 days before departure: Requests for date changes within 30 days of departure will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be provided.
4. Cancellation by Explore UT Ladakh:
In the event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemic, government restrictions), we will offer to transfer your booking to another departure date. If you choose not to accept the transfer, no refund will be provided.
5. Special Conditions:
If two passengers have booked under the "1 bike 2 rider" option and the pillion rider cancels, the remaining rider must switch to the solo rider package and pay the applicable difference.
No refunds will be provided for any portion of the trip not utilized by the customer.
6. Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
The registration fee of ₹3,000 is non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Force Majeure:
Explore UT Ladakh is not liable for cancellations or changes due to natural calamities, political unrest, health issues, flight delays/cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
